Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in my rental?

All rentals include use of salon chairs/stations, dryers, backbar, towels, shampoo bowls, styling tools (e.g. heat lamps, color carts), access to WiFi, breakroom, and storage. You also get access to our content space, onsite retail partnership, and optional upgrades like front desk support and marketing collaborations.

Can I bring my own products or color line?

Yes! While we stock a professional backbar and offer retail commission opportunities, you're free to bring your own preferred color and retail brands. You’ll also have access to storage for your inventory based on your rental type.

Is there a contract or time commitment?

We offer flexible agreements:

  • Hourly and daily rentals: no contract required

  • Part-time & full-time rentals: week-to-week and month-to-month with a simple agreement
    We require a security deposit equal to one week's rent for full/part-time.

 

Can I work after hours or on Sundays?

Yes! All of our renters receive 24/7 access to the salon 7 Days a Week. 

 

How do I pay for my rental?

All payments are processed via our online booking system. Payments are due at time of booking based on your rental type. Auto-pay is required for weekly, monthly and full-time stylists.

 

Do I need a full clientele to rent a chair?

Not at all. We support growth-minded stylists at every level. If you're building your book, we can promote you on our platforms, help with marketing, and offer first-time incentives for new clients, as an upgrade to your rental options. 

 

What kind of support do I get as a renter?

You’ll have access to:

  • Access to experienced stylists and owners

  • Reputation of our 43+ year salon and business experience

  • Well recognized business in the area

  • Front desk support (upgrade)

  • Marketing support and inclusion in salon-wide promotions (upgrade)

What Makes Your Chair Rental Unique?

  • Beautiful, clean, and professionally branded salon environment (not a generic suite).

  • Use of backbar, towels, and retail shelves* (upgraded amenity).
